Hi there, I am having issues with the signatures in outlook 2007. It appears not to display in the signature as it does when opening it in the browser. Icons remains at a larger display size.I'm not sure if it's caused by css coding etc. Do you have any solutions for this problem?

Definetly none of these email signatures seems to be responsive. All fixed widths. using table tags instead Div.

Hello, Thanks for your reply. Yes these Email Signature are created using table tags because there is no other way to create email signature that work on different email services and email clients, Every developer uses table tags to create email signatures you can check others. Table tags help the email signature layout to adjust on every possible email clients. Even they are created using table tags these are responsive, you can check them. They show the same layout on all email clients and email services. Thanks, Graycells-Graphic

Hello, Thanks for your patience. To Edit the text in the email signature: 1. Open html file in any text editor installed on your PC/Mac like Notepad++. 2. Then find Text which you want to edit in that file and change that text with your text. 3. Then save that file and open it with web browser. You can see the changes. The image are not loaded in the email because these file are located on computer, these files need to be hosted on your server and you have to change the path of that images from local file path to path of files uploaded on server. After changing the path of images save the file and open in web browser then copy the email template and past it in signature section of your email client. Thanks. Graycells-graphic

Comment: The reason behind this could be the size of your profile image please check size of your image it should be the less or equal to the size of image used in template. if template width is bigger than requires then you can reduce it's width by following below steps: 1. Open the template html file in text editor. 2. Go to first

    tag after tag, in this
tag you can see the width attribute just reduce it's value and save this file. 3. After saving open this file in web browser to check.

Hello, When I have a conversation on mobile ( with signatures in ) the images just dissapear, first email is perfect but when you reply they juts gone. Why?

When you do conversation on mobile (with signatures in) and you see the mail second or third time did you see the just images gone or complete email signature is gone? If the complete email signature is not present there then it is possible that signature is hidden and it can be visible by clicking three dots icon below email message. Sometimes mail app hide the signatures under that three dot icon and show only email messages. Please send us screenshot at [email protected] of the problem so that we can better understand it and provide you a solution on it. Thanks

Thank you for PURCHASED, These email signatures are mobile responsive, it easily adjusted to ratio of related device when it is viewed on mobile devices which are less in width of these email signatures. But if you see them of desktop and tables (devices with larger width respect to email templates) it takes its own width which is set by default because if we make it full width on large devices then it looks bulky and as it has tiny sections that doesn't looks good on these devices. Apart from that if you have any responsive issue with mobile devices then please provide us its screenshot so that we can better understand the issue. Thank you

Yes, the Email Signature Templates are mobile responsive, it adjust automatically on every device, but if you are expecting it to be responsive like html websites then it doesn't work like that, In fact it is not possible to make any email signature responsive that way. Because Email signature Templates are coded in HTML Tables and HTML Tables doesn't work like blocks of HTML sites. For Example: In HTML Web pages row of blocks displayed on desktop converts to column of block on mobile. But HTML Email Signature Templates will show the same layout on each device, it will not break layout, it will show the same design on desktop and mobiles.

Hi is there any support, I have generated my html files, but unable to figure out how to get the links for the social media icons into the html file as well, the instructions are not that clear. thanks

To get the links for the social media icons first you have to place your icon images to the server or on your google drive then after uploading get the icon image url or path and past it in html code where you find src attribute in tag. This problem arise because local images are not visible when you send email signature to any email service. Hope this helps you, if you have any other query feel free to ask at [email protected]
