Hello, nice work! I have a problem, everything looks ok on Mac Mail but when I send it to my gmail account the text moves leaving spaces. Any suggestions?
Hi there, I am trying to make my image link absolute on a Mac for Apple Mail. This is what it seems should be correct, but in Dreamweaver it doesn't work. Thanks, Michelle.
Hi Michelle, thanks for your purchase! Did you try uploading the images to a server instead of using absolute paths? We have never faced with that issue before with our customers. Please email us to [email protected] to see if you can solve it. Kind regards!
Nice & Cool
Thanks a lot! We're glad you like it :)
Hi there, Please can you assist. When uploading the signature into Outlook it also includes blue underlined hyperlinks. Is there anyway these can be removed? Many thanks
Hello, thanks for your purchase! Sure, we can help you. Can you please send us your HTML code to [email protected] so we can try a solution? Outlook is well known to overwrite CSS styles, but we can try an alternative solution. Wait for your email, kind regards :)
Hi I really like the responsive designs apart from one thing. Everything looks fine in a browser but not in any email clients I have used it with. No matter what I try any links on a dark background turn dark blue and cannot be seen. Is there a way to override this and keep the the same as they look in a browser. This problem occurs in EM client and my iPad when checking mail. Thanks John
Thanks John for your purchase! We just answered to your email so we can take a look into the problem your facing with. Kind regards!
Hi, can you post a better explanation on how to save the file? I copy and paste but nothing happens
Hello val_serban, thanks for your purchase! We received your email too. The smart catalog let you browse all the email signatures available in our package. After that, you need to open the HTML file with Adobe Dreamweaver, Sublime Text or any other HTML editor. You can change your picture, type your name and link with your website and social networks. Remember that you need basic HTML knowledge in order to that. This fact is explained in our item description on GraphicRiver before buying it. Finally, you need to set up your email signature in your email client such Gmail, Thunderbird, etc. That instructions are explained in the last step of the smart catalog or in the documentation file (PDF file). You will also find a FAQ section. If don't have HTML knowledge, you can also work with Adobe Photoshop and use the email signature as an image or ask for a customization with us for a small fee. We hope this can help you. Kind regards!
Hi there, I tried they way you explained but in outlook does not look right. The HTML file looks good when I open it in the browser but not in outlook 16
We just answered your email ;) Regards!

Thanks for your reply! We've just sent you the instructions via email. Have a nice weekend. Regards!
Hi, is the code responsive? Can I used in google apps ? thanks
Hi c0depixels! Thanks for your comment. The code isn't responsive yet. The signatures are designed in different sizes you can find in the item description: 320px wide, 480px wide and 640px wide. Yes, you can use them in Google Apps as we tested. Before that, make sure to host the html images somewhere and change the images locations. 1) Copy the HTML file (you can open it with your browser). 2) Go to Gmail. 3) Select Settings. 4) General Settings > Signature. 5) Paste the HTML file down there. 6) Save changes. Hope this can help you. Regards!
Hi c0depixels, good news! Our email signatures are now responsive. We included 90 html extra files in our item. Enjoy our product and thanks for your patience. Regards!
Hello, can you add a Vimeo social icon? Thank you!

Vimeo icon is included in the extra social media file (ai file), but we can send it to you in the size and color you need it. Please send us an email to [email protected] telling us the layout and color of your signature so we can prepare the right Vimeo icon for you. Kind regards!
Hi, When I send it from my outlook then it doesn't look good at mobile devices. Can you kindly check if it is okay at your end?
Purchased, tested, not work so well. All over the place in Outlook, etc.
Hi there, thanks for your comment. Our signature pack has been tested in Gmail, Apple Mail and Thunderbird with no problems. Outlook may not render some signatures as expected because it lacks some css properties. This fact is explained in our item description, please read ir carefully. If you have any issue, you can always contact us via email. Kind regards!
Hi ! Thanks for this item, it looks really great ! I bought it and set it up with my own information but I've got a problem. On the "blue-signature-14.html", when you put it in a mail, the body of the mail haven't any margin so the text start at the top of the left and it's doesn't look good. So my question is to know if you could change the code or explain me how I can keep the blue line with no margin but the body of the mail with a margin ? Thank you very much for your answer and have a nice day ! David
Hi David, thanks for your comment! We're glad you liked our item. Sure, we can help you! Could you please email us to [email protected] and attach the html signature and screenshot where the signature was set up? With this information we can a look and give you a quick a reply. Keep in touch. Regards!
Hello, I have a problem with the signatures in gmail/chrome. When I open up the signature (fixed, 45, aegan blue) I get a small square on the divider line. I think it has something to do with the img/spacer.gif. Do I need to replace this? Removing it did not help. Thanks in advance.
Hi there, thanks for your purchase! Yes, that little square should be the spacer.gif image missing. Remember to upload it to your server as you did with the other images and replace the relative path to the absolute one inside the HTML file. If you have another question, you can always email us to [email protected] Have a nice day, regards!
Thanks for your reply. The only question left is, where do I find this spacer.gif file?
You're welcome! You'll find it inside the images folder :)
Hi, pls how i can make to open the phone in mobile when i tap the number and email to open clients email client. I use 35-signature-blue Thanks
I find it sorry! All ok!!
Hi there! We're glad to know you solved it :) Kind regards!
hi i purchased this and then went to set up my new signature. I got to this bit: Now, it's time to customize your HTML Signature! Open the following file: Html Signatures/Responsive/Lato/grey-44.html with Adobe Dreaweaver, Sublime Text or any HTML software editor. Don't know how to customize it? Scroll down and read our FAQ section but the blue 'Html Signatures/Responsive/Lato/grey-44.html' didnt link to anything?
all good worked it out sorry! need another coffee!
im trying to copy/paste the HTML code on gmail but it says "Text it´s too long".
Hi lmbravobarrera, thanks for your comment! This is happening because you're trying to copy the source code. Instead of doing this, try to open the email signature with your browser (Chrome for example) > select all the signature (better with Command key combination) > copy and paste in Gmail signature textarea. Remember to upload the images to the cloud (such as your server or Dropbox) and change the images URLs inside the HTML template. Hope this can help you. Look forward to hearing from you! Regards!
Hi, I would like to add a paragraph of text to the bottom of the email signature 'green-signature-09.html' underneath the social icons. Could you tell me how I can amend the code to do this please? Thank you!
Hi Kathryn, thanks for your purchase! Sure, you can add a paragraph (as an email disclaimer) underneath the email signature by following these steps: 1) Open the desired disclaimer html file (there are three versions included in the package) with your HTML editor. The name of the files are: disclaimer-01.html, disclaimer-02.html and disclaimer-03.html 2) Select and copy the source code. You can modify the text as you want. 3) Open the desired email signature with your HTML editor. 4) Paste the disclaimer source code after and before (it is located in the last line of the email signature source code). 5) Save file. You can also find this tutorial inside the help file included in the item (page number 4). There's a screenshot to clarify where the email disclaimer should be located inside the source code. If you have any question, you can send us an email to [email protected] Hope this can help you! Regards :)
I am trying to install my signature on Outlook 2013 but it is refusing to show images after sending. The images show up on my computer (in outlook sent items), but on any other device.mail program it does not work. I followed the instructions I was provided with, and made the image paths absolute. Also, my signature uses a spacer image. This should only show 2px of height, but it looks more like 10-15px. Any idea why it would be doing this?
Hi threeam, thanks for your comment! Can you please send us an email to [email protected]? So we can inspect the problem you're having. Don't forget to attach the source code of your signature and screenshots (to detect why you can't see the images uploaded). Wait for your email. Kind regards!
There seems to be a problem with Gmail as other customers already mentioned. The signature is looking good in Thunderbird but in Gmail there are big gaps between the lines. I have just tried it with the template "aegean-blue-signature-20" - no changes made - and it doesn't look good on Gmail. Please have a look at your templates and provide a fix/update for this issue. Thank you.
Hi chontaduro, thanks for your comment! In case you need our help, please send us an email to [email protected] Gmail normally inserts extra padding on p tags. If you send us a screenshot and your source code (html file), we can have a look. Kind regards!
Thanks for the quick reply. As I said before, I was using some of the html you provided, no changes made and the layout has gaps between the lines and is off. If Gmail inserts extra padding on p tags, why this is not fixed in the templates? Gmail is one of, possible the most popular email client and it's a shame the templates are not compatible. Please provide a fix.
You're welcome Alex! We've just answered your email. We'll be checking your issue and delivering a solution in the next 24 hours. Kind regards.
Hi Alex, we sent you an email yesteday and didn't get any answer from you. Please try to be polite and use that via (email) to comunicate with us. Kind regards!
Ok first of all this is a great package but for those using Office 365 it might need some work for proper display on Outlook, Outlook.com and Gmail. First of all I am using Outlook (365) to send mail so the signature is being pushed through that (htm file + images hosted on my hosting server) to Outlook.com & Gmail and this means that some alterations to the html code occur. I am also using a fixed signature - this : " Html Signatures/Fixed Size/Montserrat/blue-28.html " I am right not working on it and have managed to correct some minor layout issues with paddings using inline styles within
Hi there, thanks for your comment and purchase! In case you need our help, please send us an email to [email protected] Kind regards!
Thanks for your interest. I will try all the options my self first (good practice since I am learning html) and in case that I hit a wall will drop you a line. I will review too later
You're welcome! We'll be glad to assist you in case you need it. Cheers!
Well it seems that I have everything under control and the signature works perfectly in Outlook 365 (Desktop), Windows 10 Mail and also on Gmail, Outlook.com & Yahoo Mail. The only thing that I can't figure out is how to avoid having the links (e-mail, web url ) underlined when displayed in the web mail clients (outlook.com, gmail) and outlook for iOS when I send a mail through Outlook. If I send the mail from another client (e.g. gmail) then my formatting is retained. If you are aware of any trick to avoid having Outlook 365 Desktop insert its own formatting please let me know. No matter what I do it insists on removing my "text-decoration: none;" property from my tags also adding its own style classes. The problem is that my clients mostly use Outlook as their mail client.
Thanks a lot for your full review and rating! It's very useful and we're happy to know that our item meet your expectations. Can you please let us know your email address or send us an email to [email protected]? So we can send you the code to avoid links underlining in Outlook. We wait for your answer. Regards :)
Just to conclude on this here are my final comments: A) I have made the signature working properly in Gmail, Outlook, Outlook.com & Thunderbird. B) Most of the problems people might face with Outlook (with any HTML email to be honest) are not because of the developer (which is helpful if asked) but because of the fact that Outlook uses MS Word to render HTML and this messes up the code (all code) no matter what you do. If the mail is sent through Gmail or Thunderbird then the code works out of the box. Nonetheless, it works through Outlook (up to 2016) fine but you might need some slight alterations. For those moaning: please cut the developer some slack since for $4 you save tons of time and get a lot of templates to play with. All in all a great value and yes I like to encourage the developers here to keep producing pieces like this that make my life easier.
We really appreciate your time for leaving us such a great comment and feedback of our item! It has been an honor to bring you support and we're glad to know you're satified with the templates. Have a nice day. Kind regards from our team :)
