    Hi, since some update of your theme i got very bad bugs, for example the sticky menu that dont take into account the height of the logo in "invogue settings" it take the normal logo height. Also woocommerce translation dont apply on cart and checkout page, usually this bug come from templates integrated into the theme.

    Hi NeroBlock This section is included through a hook into 'woocommerce_after_single_product_summary' in the theme's functions file. One option would be to remove this action which can be found in the functions file on 339. Or alternatively with some CSS to hide the row, I've included an example below. .htheme_single_product_options { display: none; }

    Hi obb2012 Unfortunately inVogue does not provide currency switching by default so you will need another plugin to do that for you. The store is managed with WooCommerce so something like this might be helpful: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ Just note that this plugin gets added in through a sidebar widget or with a shortcode and inVogue does not have a sidebar on the single product page. So in order to have the widget available there you're going to have to add it in via the shortcode on the product description. However it can be added in to the store sidebar as a widget to have it display there. Let me know if you have any questions. Regards, Milos

    Hey, I've just purchased your theme and I'm not able to upload it to my WP. If I go via WP interface it says that theme is missing .css file. If I try to upload it via FTP it does upload it and once I click "activate" in WP dashboard all my website shows is the blank space with the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/wedowebsite/public_html/trendo/wp-content/themes/invogue/htheme/classes/class.backend.php on line 81 Let me know if you're able to help me to get this up and running?     Hi Adslab The error seems to suggest that the issue is with the version of PHP running on the server. Would you be able to check which version this is and we can then confirm if that is the case. If necessary I'd recommend to update to 5.6 or if possible 7.0 as these are currently the 2 up to date supported versions. With regards to the upload through WP please just ensure you are only using the invogue.zip file which contains the theme files and not the entire package from Theme Forrest which also contains other folders.     Here's what I got from my database company, please advise if you're able to fix it otherwise I have nothing but ask for refund as unfortunately I can't use this theme for some reason. --- Hi Adslab, As I can see it seems to be a Wordpress setup for this website. Did you update your Wordpress version ? or did you activate auto-updates on this Wordpress setup ? It seems an update have broken your Theme. The error is coming from your Wordpress Theme. In order to be 100% sure about the issue, please login into the backend of this wordpress and try switching to another default Theme. The issue seems to be related to Invogue wordpress Theme, it might not be compatible with a recent Wordpress update or so. In any case, disabling this Theme will solve your issue.

    Our server running PHP 5.3.29 (cli) (built: Feb 4 2016 16:42:19) and all themes work good except this one. The wordpress is up to date. Is there away i can run the theme on our version of PHP

    Hi You would need to update PHP in order to run inVogue. PHP 5.3 has reached its end of life (in mid 2013) and is no longer a supported version so we would definitely recommend updating just for security reasons alone. With inVogue we've used newer features that are not available in older versions of PHP so it wouldn't be possible to modify the theme in this case to suite the PHP version. You can find out more information about PHP versions here: http://php.net/supported-versions.php Along with the theme we also include WooCommerce which also has a minimum recommendation of PHP version 5.6, and you can take a look at this info here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ So we would highly recommend to upgrade as not doing so could potentially lead to other issues in future.     We did upgrade our servers however theme installed fine but once I go to the theme settings or any internal pages via dashboard it crashes with the following message.     Hi In a few cases we've seen that this can be due to some PHP settings causing the demo install to time out. I've included below the three settings that could perhaps be the cause, if you could please try and increase the max execution time to be 60 seconds or higher and the memory limit and post max size to be 64MB or larger.     Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. How do we resolve this issue?

    Hi Puzzlepiecesmarketing If you need to make any custom changes to the theme's WooCommerce templates you'll need to do so within the 'invogue/woocommerce' folder within the required file.     Hi Afmoreno I'm afraid the default 'Products' element within inVogue does not support a random order so this would not be possible to do using this page element. You'd need to enable the default Visual Composer page elements in order to make use of this instead which would allow for a random order to be set. To enable the default set of Visual Composer page elements you'd need to navigate to the 'inVogue Settings' page and add in the following to the end of the URL '&visual=yes' i.e. the below link would be: https://yoursite.coml/wp-admin/themes.php?page=htheme_settings&visual=yes You can then navigating to the 'Visual Composer' tab which will be available just above the 'Mega Menu' tab of the theme options. From here you can select the 'Enable default VC elements' option and save the change. Please just note we don't recommend disabling this option once enabled. Regards, Milos

    Hi there! I got some questions before I buy this one. 1) I love the "quick view" mode you offer on each product, is it possible to have the checkout button integrated? 2) Once you're in the "product" page, I notice the arrows are really small when trying to define the amount of items you'd like to get, is there a way to make 'em larger than that? Maybe even change their look and feel to get something alike to the graphic concept? 3) Can I change the fonts showing in the demo version? 4) I'll be needing a custom contact form with some check buttons, some more fields, etc. Can you do that for me, do you offer that kind of support? I really hope you can answer each one of my questions here, I appreciate it, thanks in advance.

    Hi Pablojasso Thanks for contacting us, happy to help answer your queries! 1 - Unfortunately no, there is no option to enable the checkout button here. 2 - This is something we are currently looking into and should have the buttons 'look the part' with an update soon. 3 - Yes, fonts for different text types can be changed from within the theme options. 4 - We unfortunately don't provide custom modifications and the default contact form does not have options to create/edit fields but if you require something a little more tailored an option would be to use a 3rd party form plugin. On my main page the products are not displayed perfectly, sometimes 3 on a row, 1 on the next and then 2.
